HOT UPDATE – KA-BOOM!!!!: A class-action lawsuit has been filed against the Republican Party for violating civil rights of Ron Paul Delegates to the national convention, rigging elections and other “games.” As lead attorney Richard Gilbert communicates,
“Some campaigns act like organized crime syndicates – and I mean organized crime, no doubt about it,” Gilbert told Courthouse News. “In Arizona, the voting machines were rigged so that Ron Paul votes were counted as Mitt Romney votes. It was so intentional that a Romney delegate refused to certify the vote count, and for that he got thrown off the convention.”

The lawsuit was filed on June 11th, 2012 with over 120 plaintiffs from 15 states. More plaintiffs are joining the suit. In addition, affidavits of election fraud are also still coming in.

In Florida a computer programmer was asked to write code to favor a 
politician; this for the electronic voting machines. He was under oath in what appears to be a U.S. Congressional hearing. The voting machine was in operation in Ohio.

What can “The 4th Branch Do?”
County Level (No Civil Grand Jury): Submit a complaint to the District Attorney when there is suspicion.
County Level (With a Civil Grand Jury): Submit a complaint directly to the Civil Grand Jury (ie.. California, Nevada, Oregon).
State Grand Jury (Note: about half of the state’s don’t have one): Submit a complaint directly to the State grand jury (one may need to go through the attorney general.)
